At the Pacific Bankruptcy Center, we concentrate our practice on consumer bankruptcy, small business reorganization under Chapter 13, and helping our clients develop effective debt control strategies that can  maximize the benefit of bankruptcy protection and prevent any further problems with collection agencies, foreclosures, or seizure of assets. Our firm is growing with an expanding clientele. 

2009 Summer Associate

Title: 2009 Summer Associate Description: The summer associate is offered the opportunity to acquaint themselves with all aspects of the bankruptcy law. Research and writing projects are provided in a variety of substantive areas, and summer associates review each written product with the attorney or attorneys for whom it was prepared. We arrange for summer associates to attend client conferences, depositions, hearings and bankruptcy adversarial trials. Our program also promotes interaction between the attorneys and the summer associates in a variety of social settings outside of the office. Ample opportunity is provided to enjoy the varied offerings of San Diego and other parts of California. We seek individuals who are distinguished academically, have strong written & oral communication skills, leadership skills and work ethic. We also consider leadership, initiative and accomplishments in prior careers, academics and community service.
